What is Scar Camouflage + ISR?
ISR is a pigment-free technique that uses a customized blend of healing serums to stimulate the body’s natural repair process. This method helps improve texture, tone, and overall appearance of the skin. It’s ideal for reducing stretch marks and is considered permanent as long as weight remains stable.
Scar Camouflage, on the other hand, uses skin-toned pigments to match your natural complexion and make scars less visible. This cosmetic tattooing technique is perfect for blending flat, light-colored scars into the surrounding skin for a more even appearance.
Both treatments offer long-term results, but the best choice depends on your skin type, the scar’s condition, and your desired outcome.
How it works?
The goal is to create better tone texture and color. To do this we tattoo a customized skin tone pigment or a specialized serum into the treatment area to force the body’s regenerative response to send collagen, elastin and melanocytes to the affected area.
Does it Hurt?
This procedure does not hurt and does not require any topical numbing.
If numbing is desired we can provide secondary numbing during procedure.
Healing
It takes about 6 weeks to heal before we can determine if additional sessions will be required.
The treatment area must be healed. This treatment is ideal for both men and women who would like to improve the appearance of stretch marks and scars and feel more confident.
Maintience
You can expect to see 50%-70% improvement after one session but may take up to 5 to reach your goal. Most clients get 1-4 sessions.
