General Guidelines for All Procedures

Exfoliate and shave the treatment area 2 days before your appointment unless otherwise instructed.

Keep your skin and body well-hydrated — drink plenty of water leading up to your session.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and irritation to the treatment area.

Wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent friction or irritation post-treatment.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (unless prescribed) for 24–48 hours before your appointment.
