General Guidelines for All Procedures

Exfoliate and shave the treatment area 2 days before your appointment unless otherwise instructed.

Keep your skin and body well-hydrated — drink plenty of water leading up to your session.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and irritation to the treatment area.

Wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent friction or irritation post-treatment.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (unless prescribed) for 24–48 hours before your appointment.

If you have any medical conditions, active skin issues, or are taking prescription medications, consult with your technician prior to booking.

Accutane: Must be off for 12 months prior.

Avoid laser treatments, peels, or waxing for 2+ weeks before.

Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or melasma may impact results — please consult first.

Allergies: Notify your technician of any sensitivity to numbing agents (e.g., lidocaine).

Scarring tendency: If prone to keloids or hyperpigmentation, discuss with your technician.

Shave/trim hair in the area the day before.

Hair should be clean, dry, and free of products on the day of treatment.

Shave/trim the treatment area if applicable, 1–2 days before.

Avoid chemical treatments (dye, relaxers, perms) for at least 1 week prior.

No chemical treatments (bleaching, dyeing, relaxing) for 1 week prior.

Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, or caffeine for 24–48 hours before.

If you are prone to keloid scarring or scalp conditions (like psoriasis or dermatitis), please consult with your technician first.

No lip filler for at least 4 weeks before/after treatment.

No Botox in the area for 2 weeks before/after.

Cold sore prevention: If prone to cold sores, take antiviral meds (e.g., Valtrex) 3 days before and after.

Come with natural brow growth; we’ll clean up any stray hairs.
